Staghead Designs offers a payment method called Shop Pay Installments. This method allows customers to pay their balance off early without penalty. There are no late fees associated with this payment method. However, partial or late payments may affect the ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. All refunds will be processed automatically through the original payment method for convenience. Please note that custom orders are made specially and can't be canceled for a refund or store credit. If a customer has already had their ring or box engraved, the cost of these services won't be refunded. Rush service fees are also non-refundable. Staghead Designs accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is in perfect condition. However, only one ring return or exchange is accepted within a 6-month period. Custom rings, which include any changes to the original design such as altering the width, material, adding a personal engraving, and so on, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Rings below size 5 and above size 13, as well as rings from the Final Sale collection, are not eligible for refund. Services like ring engravings or rush orders are not eligible for a refund or credit. If the Extend Protection Plan was opted for and the jewelry is returned, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund based on how long the ring was had.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full 100% refund. After 24 hours, a 70% refund is provided, keeping a 30% restocking fee.
